How long will delivery take?

Our delicious treats are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post and are generally delivered within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships out.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free express shipping for orders over $150. For orders under $150 we charge a flat $15 shipping fee. We ship all parcels via Australia Post.

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription simply create an account via the main menu. Once created, open your account and click “Subscriptions” and then click your subscription. You’ll then be able to pause, cancel, skip your next order or edit delivery and payment details.

Subscribing takes the hassle out of reordering and can save you with a discount on each order. Subscriptions can be cancelled free of charge at any time and are subject to our 100% customer satisfaction refund policy.

Are your treats suitable for puppies?

Our treats are a great choice for puppies. All of our treats can easily be broken into smaller pieces to suit pups of all sizes.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and AfterPay.

How can I request a refund?

We will provide a full refund if you or your dog are not 100% happy with our products. Simply get in touch via our Contact page.
